Pre-Recorded & Live Webinars

Within each of the latter two sections, you'll see three categories of vendors: endorsed, affiliate, and other. If you're unsure what category your company is in, email Tyler@azda.org.

Important FAQs about webinars

  • Continuing Education Units are not offered through live or pre-recorded webinars.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, webinars are one hour.
  • A list of the names of the pre-registered attendees is provided to the webinar host. Emails, addresses, and phone numbers are not provided.
  • Future webinar opportunities will be a function of attendee feedback.
    Webinars will be offered at times during the year that do not conflict with AzDA’s Fall Conference, WRDE, or any other notable CE/event.
  • AzDA Perks Endorsed Companies (depending on their tier, e.g., bronze, silver, gold, or platinum) will be able to take advantage of up to two webinars (live or pre-recorded) per year. Webinars for companies that are not Business Affiliate or Endorsed are by invite only.
  • In addition to AzDA promoting the webinar, the host company is also responsible for promoting it through their channels.
  • Following CERP guidelines, webinar host companies will be able to display a slide with their logo and contact information before the webinar begins. They will also have NO MORE than two-three minutes to talk about their company before the webinar begins. Once the webinar begins, webinar host companies will not be able to engage in talking about/selling/promoting their company. CE content must be kept separate from promotion. Violation of this guideline will result in exclusion from future webinar offerings.
  • Live webinar offerings require a minimum of six-weeks lead time to schedule and promote.
  • In the unlikely event that the interest/registration for a webinar is low, AzDA reserves the right to cancel the webinar.

CATEGORY 1: PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR (VENDOR PROVIDES CONTENT. AzDA PROMOTES)

AzDA Perks Endorsed Company—

PROMOTION: AzDA email updates (link in the webinar/learning section, maybe a graphic banner ad—at least 3 times). Perhaps a small mention in Inscriptions (not guaranteed). 1-2 social media posts. Additional promotion will cost money. AzDA Perks Endorsed Companies (depending on their tier, e.g., bronze, silver, gold, or platinum) will be able to take advantage of promoting and hosting up to two pre-recorded webinars per year.

RESTRICTIONS: Not promoted on or around Fall Conference or WRDE dates. Not promoted around dates that similar topics are being covered by AzDA CE.

Registration list of attendees provided to company (no email addresses).

COST: Free

AzDA Business Affiliate—

PROMOTION: AzDA email updates (link in the webinar/learning section—at least twice). Additional promotion will cost money.

RESTRICTIONS: Not promoted on or around FC or WRDE dates. Not promoted around dates that similar topics are being covered by AzDA CE. Business Affiliates can promote one pre-recorded webinar per year.

Registration list of attendees provided to company (no email addresses).

COST: $149, minus 10% off.

Other vendors—

PROMOTION: AzDA email updates (link in the webinar/learning section—at least twice). Additional promotion will cost money.

RESTRICTIONS: Not promoted on our around Fall Conference or WRDE dates. Not promoted around dates that similar topics are being covered by AzDA CE. Vendors can run one pre-recorded webinar per year.

Registration list of attendees provided to company (no email addresses).

COST: $149.

CATEGORY 2: LIVE WEBINAR (VENDOR PRESENTS WEBINAR/AzDA PROMOTES)

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LIVE WEBINARS: Due to a full CE schedule for the remainder of 2022, in-person vendor CE offerings are not being offered at this time. They will be offered by invite only in 2024.

AzDA Perks Endorsed Company—

PROMOTION: AzDA email updates (link in the webinar/learning section, maybe a graphic banner ad—at least 3 times). Perhaps a small mention in Inscriptions (not guaranteed). 1-2 social media posts. Additional promotion will cost money.

RESTRICTIONS: By invite only. Based on availability. Not promoted on our around Fall Conference or WRDE dates. Not promoted around dates that similar topics are being covered by AzDA CE. Endorsed companies can run two live webinars/learning opportunities per year).

AzDA Business Affiliate—

Live webinars are not available at this time.

Other Vendors—
