The AzDA "Find-a-Dentist Service" ("Service") is compiled and published by the Arizona Dental Association ("AzDA") as a referral source to AzDA members to the general public.  Use of the Service is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for AzDA.org, and also to the following:
                    
The Service may be used by the general public to allow quick access to dentists, randomly chosen amongst AzDA membership rolls.
                    
The Service and/or any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, or for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of dentists. The use of the Service to establish independent data files or compendiums of statistical information is prohibited. 
                    
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities                  
Although the AzDA undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in the Service accurate, the information is not guaranteed and no responsibility is assumed for errors or omissions. The AzDA does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in the Service; nor does the AzDA in any way endorse the individuals described in the Service or the services they may provide.
                    
The AzDA is unable to verify whether a dentist described in the Service as a "specialist" limits his or her practice to that specialty. Therefore, dentists identified through a search under a specialty do not necessarily meet the American Dental Association General Standards for Announcement of Specialization and Limitation of Practice. In no event shall the AzDA be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information. Any damages for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid to access the Service, if any.
