In addition to the 75+ CE courses offered at AzDA’s Western Regional Dental Convention and Fall Conference, dental professionals can take advantage of competitively-priced, continuing education courses (including BODEX required courses) throughout the entire year. These courses, which feature well-known and well-respected speakers in the dental field, are offered both off-site and in AzDA’s 1,000 sq.ft.classroom facility (located in the Scottsdale corporate office). Courses range from OSHA workshops to risk management, CPR, oral medicine/oral pathology, dental sleep medicine, chemical dependency, IV sedation, oral radiography and more.

Why sponsor a CE Course?

  • This is an ideal opportunity to focus on your precise target audience. You choose the right AzDA speaker and CE course to promote your products/services.
  • Your logo and website are placed prominently on the online course registration page.
  • As the CE’s sponsor, your business name will be included on all digital promotions and printed advertisements and signage (if applicable).
  • Meet and greet attendees and take away the business leads to continue the conversation. You’ll receive the contact information for all registered participants.
  • Set up shop and interact with attendees outside of the AzDA classroom or off-site meeting room with a table display.

Cost and payments:
Costs for CE sponsorships are a function of the speaker, topic, etc. Sponsorships start at $1,000. For specific prices and availability, connect with Shana Abrahams, Manager of Meetings and Educational Programs, at shana@azda.org. Balances are paid upfront.

Exclusivity and Run time:
Up to three advertisers may take advantage of this opportunity.
Every attendee in the CE course will receive the flier on their chair. The flier will be placed at the beginning of the course or during a break.

Specs & details:
In order to ensure AzDA’s staff has the time to print and organize the fliers, the artwork is due three business days before the event. The artwork should be an 8.5” x 11” (vert or horz), CMYK, 300 dpi, flattened Adobe PDF file. JPG files are not recommended. MS Publisher or Powerpoint files are not accepted.

Cost and payments:
If you are the CE sponsor, the costs are:
One-sided flier (printed and distributed): $149
Two-sided flier (printed and distributed): $159

If you are not the CE sponsor, the costs are:
One-sided flier (printed and distributed): $189
Two-sided flier (printed and distributed): $199

Need the flier designed? AzDA can help. For adequate time to create your flier, allow for / plan seven business days from the CE date. $299 for one side; $349 for both sides.

Payment is made on or before the submission of the artwork.
