What if you're not eligible for renewal?
Don’t worry. If your membership lapsed a little, that's no problem at all. You can complete an online application by clicking here, or you can connect with AzDA's Membership Director Janna Johnson at Janna@azda.org or call/text (480) 344-5770. She'll be glad to get you set up and enjoying AzDA benefits as soon as possible.
How do I enroll in automatic renewal?
AzDA membership renewal ensures you never miss a day of coverage. Just make a couple of clicks when you renew and you can get auto-renew set up.
Make sure you maximize the chance of referrals
After you log in, update your contact information online under "My ADA." This is the database used for mail and email correspondence, so you'll want to make sure it's current. While you’re in MyADA, take just a couple of minutes to update your Find-a-Dentist profile, and then begin to build your credentialing profile through the ADA credentialing service.
